Refund policy
Here at Raja Homewares, our customers are number 1! We carry out a thorough check before each and every item is shipped to you. We won't send anything that isn't of the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship. Please note that Raja Homewares' products are handcrafted and rattan may have slight colour or surface variations or flaws / imperfections which give the products their unique character & beauty. Please be aware of this in making your purchasing decision and receiving your products, as we believe the beauty is in the imperfection! However, if you do find major failures with our products, we will refund or replace in line with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. POLICY LENGTH
Our Returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed equal to the amount of the original sale, less our original shipping costs. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 2, 1090-1124, Centre Rd, Oakleigh South VIC 3167.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
