FREE SHIPPING RULES
Our Free Shipping Offer is valid for Customers based in EAST COAST STATES - NSW, QLD, ACT & VIC for Most Products Listed on Our Website, unless you live in Rural areas - pls get in touch with us for a quote. We charge a small surcharge from Sydney to Interstate for Bulky Furniture items - this is because our pieces arrive fully assembled in large boxes. (However what you pay for in shipping you save time in assembling!)
For Other States - SA, WA, NT & TAS - We Charge a Small Shipping Surcharge for Smaller items. Bulky Furniture Pieces such as our Bassinets, Change Tables and Beds require a special Shipping quote if you reside in these States - pls email us for a quote. We are sorry, unfortunately our Shipping Couriers charge High Interstate prices on bulky furniture delivery from Sydney. Thanks for your understanding & co-operation.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
Raja Homewares uses a number of delivery partners across Australia to ensure we obtain the best delivery price and safest shipping service. For Bulky Interstate we use TNT Overnight Express. For Playgyms, Change baskets and other medium sized items we use Couriers Please, Fastaway or StarTrack Express.
Upon sales receipt, please allow 2 - 5 business days for product dispatch.
Raja Homewares will contact you to advise of your expected delivery date and provide tracking to assist in your planning. Raja Homewares cannot take accountability for your order if you are not able to receive it in person.
For valuable items please endeavour to be home to accept delivery of goods. For less valuable items, if you can’t be home to receive your order please leave a message upon checkout for a safe place for delivery.
All deliveries are to Ground Floor only. Note that rattan products are light weight and easily transported upstairs.
Here is an approximate guide for delivery times in Australia:
Sydney Metro: 2-3 business days
NSW: 2-4 days
VIC & QLD: 3-5 days
Other States and Regional: 5-15 days
PRE ORDER ITEMS
Any items purchased on a Pre-order basis have a Shipping deadline estimation only. Sometimes circumstances beyond our control occur such as shipment delays, port congestion, customs delays and other external factors - we cannot be held accountable for these delays. We are a small family run business so please exercise patience and respect in dealing with delays, we are always trying our best to please our customers and ensure they receive their products as quickly as possible.
If an order consists of multiple items with one larger item being a pre-order purchase, then we will group items in a purchase order to save on shipping costs. If you'd prefer to have items sent separately then please contact us for a special shipping quote across multiple products.
If you change your mind, all items are allowed to be returned within 7 days. It will be your responsibility to pay return shipping costs, and we shall refund less our original shipping costs once we receive the item back in its original condition.
Please measure all bulky furniture pieces to ensure they will fit and suit your space before purchase as it's quite expensive to incur 2 way shipping fees to send and return!
